Equipped with full air conditioning and bi-folding doors, this garden building covers 50m2 and is split into two separate rooms: a large gym area on the right and a chill zone on the left, with overhanging canopy.

ONE BEDROOM ANNEX

If you have an elderly relative that you care for, or young adults that need more space, then the garden annex could be the answer.

We can build annexes as a studio room or with one or two bedrooms to suit your requirements.

"HIS & HERS"

We installed this garden room in the garden of a new build house. The client wanted to have a dual purpose room that they could both enjoy.

He wanted a hobby store room, somewhere he could keep his tools and carry out repairs, and she wanted a room in the garden for relaxing and watching the grand children play.

Our clients asked us to remove a trampoline that the children had outgrown, take down and adapt the decking then build a composite garden room that could be enjoyed all year round. The room is used for zumba and pilates every morning and enjoying the late afternoon sunshine later in the day.

ADDITIONAL SPACE

The clients only had a small garden and enjoy being outside. They asked us to install a small room in the corner of the garden on an existing raised gravel area. This room measures 3.3m x 3.3m and was installed on our ground screw system in three days.

COMPACT ROOM

POOL ROOM

This dark grey composite wood building was installed as part of a larger project the customer was undertaking. A full revamp of the pool area was being undertaken, including knocking down the old timber changing room and installing this composite wood room, complete with shower room and toilet.

ROOM WITH SHED

Our client wanted a large room and store, but has a narrow garden. We installed a long narrow room 4mts wide. The room incorporates an internal store room and a further matching gate to create an external store area from the extra space.

This garden office was one of many that we installed during covid when people mostly worked from home. The client had two young adults still living at home who also needed to work, so the dining room table was not an option. We built this room in the garden to house three people at desks.

GARDEN OFFICE

OVERLOOKING COUNTRYSIDE

This garden room was built replacing an old timber shed as a play room for the customer's grandchildren.

Our clients had recently retired and downsized their house, so the addition of this room was of great benefit.

PLAY ROOM

This particular garden building was built 'back to front' as the entrance doors and windows face away from the main house. Our clients have a hill top vantage point and wanted a garden room to relax in and enjoy the views over the countryside. The room was built on the client's own concrete pad which was paved after we had finished.

GARDEN TREATMENT ROOM

When our client moved house, she decided it was time to separate her work from her home.

A large wooden shed was removed, new ground screw foundations were installed on the sloping site, then the composite building was built with toilet and a separate shed. The room is fully air conditioned so her clients are comfortable whilst they are receiving treatment.

GARDEN GAMES ROOM

Our client had two growing boys that liked their gaming online, so they opted to build a games room in the garden, incorporating a large screen for game play and watching films, plus a desk are for study, and the all important dart board for traditional gaming ! With the addition of decking either side this gave them an area for seating, and a modern composite shed for all the 'garden tools'
